Sung Rae Shin R.N., DNSc 
is a Professor in the School of Nursing, Sahmyook University (Republic of Korea).  She is the third vice president of International Council of Nurses.  She studied in EWha Womans University, Soul, Korea majoring in adult nursing for her doctoral degree in nursing science.  Later she became post-doctoral fellow at Loma Linda University, California, USA.  Her latest publication in 2019 entitled “Three-month effects of Project EX: A smoking intervention pilot program with Korean adolescents” published in Addictive Behavior Reports and “Korean Men’s Perspective of Women Smoking” published in the Journal of Qualitative Research.
